In the article on stronger by science, i did a little bit of a calculation for someone. I said, hay, let's take a woman who starts at 77 kilos ah. It's a 20 % body fat, and she diets all the way down to 12%. She gets shredded. And let's say we expect, like the data on weight reduced individuals, that by rosenbom that i talked about, they had lost ten % of their bodyweight. So how am i doing connecting these dots?
