The U.S. Army's new policy for Child Care Provider Transportation Costs Reimbursement offers financial support to active-duty service members by reimbursing the costs associated with transporting their children to and from licensed childcare providers. This initiative aims to reduce the financial burden on military families and ensure that service members have access to reliable childcare while fulfilling their duties. The reimbursement covers transportation costs for families who do not have access to care within their first 30 days of arrival to their new installation, allowing service members to focus on their military responsibilities without compromising the care of their children.
