The interview process can also become a way for both parties to become aware of the culture organization through the question riht. The questions that i generally ask when i interview colleagues are playful, but also inciteful. We talk about past behaviour, but if somebody can give you examples of something extraordinary they've done it gives us an indication of their character. And then this thing about feedback, i think is so important, because i don't know about all of you, but the times people haven't worked out for me have either been due to their motivations, their alignment, or they just can't take feedback. Yet, i'm a big believer in past experience is the best predictor of future
