We started with a small bucket of money. Our first purposeful investment was a 35 thousand dollar closure in ocolma city, where i did medical school. We then re financed that house at appraise for about a hundred thousand. So how many doors under management do you have now? Under management? We have about 275. And we personally own about a hundred and 80 of those.
