How to Be More Intentional With Your Eating
I eat really healthy, satisfying, planned meals but then i end up eating extra snacks or unplanned treats. How can i cut back on treats without feeling deprived? deprivation is a mind set. I indulged multiple times a day, every day for like 30 years. So when i go to indulging once a month or twice a month, it feels like a big shift. But it's still not deprivation. It's called discipline for the sake of health. And wonderful example of what it looks like to take care of my body from a kid's food.
