Each of the ingredients were developed from scratch in a lab. I think beans might have been the base protein, the starting point for some of the main things. So that's the way this meat product was formed from this company. But I know other companies are also doing, like you mentioned, lab-grown or maybe either they're culturing the cell and then letting that thrive and develop the meat there as well.
