There aren't millions of homes coming on the market. The biggest increase in inventory ever recorded in the history of America happened because a credit boom was busting. Last year, if you actually use the NAR data, there was no real inventory growth last year. That's why when I went out, CNBC, a few weeks ago, I said, it's like the walking dead this year. It's very slow. But we're not getting that right now.
