Anti Trust

The anti trust angle is just the number of te companies who seem to be expanding beyond their core and going into other sectors. I don't know if i understand the principles under which we should object. The idea is always, are we hurting consumers in the long run? Because we will get more and better innovation, and we kill off innovation because the power that comes from making things visible, discourages people who otherwise get in a more open environment,. would have had a better chance to succeed with their products. It's not clear exactly what harm will be done. But maybe i'm missing something.
