FDR, Butler, Right? Is That Destabilizing?

I think FDR and his people were sort of like, we want to bring this out in the open. He just sort of, he was all right with him getting it out there. But I think he advised Dick Dixon, you know, don't, don't push this too far. Don't drag more people. That seems to be, that seems to be my working theory. The plot may have been embryonic or well formed as it may have been; at least I don't know yet.
