The First Human Cases of Mad Cow Panic

In 1993, the first human cases of mad cow start to show up. There appears to be some weird like genetic marker that makes some people susceptible to it and not others. In 1994, there's a 15 year old girl who has it in 1995. And so on a March 20th, 1996, the British government announces that there have been 10 cases of human mad cow disease.
