Are You Really Saved When Jesus Delivers You From Egypt?
The Bible says we're saved by faith, but it's faithful obedience that brings us the blessings. If you obey and do good works, then you get the blessing. Abraham has faith, and he's saved, and his faithfulness over the years and his faithful obedience brings him the blessing. The promise is that the seed, the son, will possess the gate of his enemies, and all the nations of the earth will be blessed in him.
