What Labour Need to Do in the Next Labour Government?

Labour came into office when the economy was actually booming, and living standards were going up. It was an unsustainable economic boom because it was a financialised bubble. A Labour cut doesn't feel any less bad than a Tory cut. So obviously what Labour need to do in the next election is to have a clear programme of taxes,. particularly on wealth, but also on income. They need to have, yes, fine, funded, fully costed commitments.
