Aisha calls them move out skills. That's a great way to refer to them. I'm also speaking from the lens of somebody who has a brother who at 40 was still at home and didn't know how to run the laundry. We may think we're helping our kids by doing these things for them. But being there, concierge through life is not a good thing.
