I think that some people are confused between developers and landlords. And, like, i love developers because they're going through the mine bogling fights to actually try to get new housing built. A landlords, everybody seems to hate their landlord. Everybody's got a bad landlord's story. I mean, this is the difference between a e, you know, it's an ownera versus a producer, right? It is a landholder versus a a producer. That's the fight i'm interested in.
