Is There Something More Radically Different About the Old Testament Sacrifices?
I wonder if there's something even more radically different about it. If you think of all the kind of things that we confess in prayer or on a Sunday morning before the Lord and ask for forgiveness, almost none of those would actually have kind of corresponding sacrifices in Leviticus. I guess I'm reading the Old Testament sacrifices differently than that because some of the introductions I'm thinking of the sin or purification offering are pretty general.
