Shariis and her boyfriend are just walking down the street. She didn't even know why she was under arrest. And then they threw her phone out the window rude. Shariis is like, look, this is pointless. So now we're at a bail hearing and Barbara gets a bunch of women out of Rikers by lowering their bail or getting them ROR. It's so funny because Rollins looks like fucking Elsa.
