If you're able to tolerate coffee and do okay with that, black coffee is fine as long as it doesn't increase cravings or drive up hunger pangs. And if you don't feel like it drives inflammation, make you feel jittery, that can be helpful too. Try to kind of condense your eating window till, let's say eight to 10 hours.
