Exercise should be a meditative experience. Every single rep, in every single set, the body is a by product. To be better means an empowered state of mind - meaning i'm not a victim to it. The opposite of victim ot is empowerment. If you train that way, there's no way in hell you're worrying about what you didn't do yesterday or what you have to do tomorrow. It simply can't matter. Why? Because you're so focussed on being present and that's meditation.
