We don't hear a lot about private companies coming into this space. What drew you to it? Ah, really astarn, i read a book, am read the bookon history of a henry flagler in florida called the last train to paradise. And we've been investors in transportation assets, infen structure absets, for a long time. We sent teams out and visited many of the different train systems in europe as well as in asia. O, what you find, of course, is that it's the preferred means of transportation.
