I think it comes back to this inattention to management. Sometimes he absolutely would tear down the swole, right? SDI, things like that. But in those other cases, he had allowed some of these differences to fester. Great leaders are not ones who don't make mistakes; they're ones who recover from their mistakes. The failings also help us appreciate the great moments more.
