Are You Always Disciplined?
I've always been a worker but I've had to get discipline. As you get older you experience everything's you discover new things that you didn't know you needed to be disciplined about right um so I think uh for me most of the discipline that I have had to develop has been more in the second part of the book which is like okay how do you keep your temper in check and emotions in check or not be paralyzed by perfectionism. If you don't have discipline in all things you know it's not going to go well well, he says.
