I feel like we're entering a new phase now, and I'm just not seeing, especially in the early stage companies. There's become a bit of a, an attachment to what you do is who you are. And when someone says this isn't good, what they're saying is you aren't good. Who you are fundamentally isn't good. That takes our huge, I think that just greatly changes the culture.
