The Importance of Reflective Personal Work for Teachers

Teachers are not used to talking in a deeply personal, reflective way. They tell their story in silence and everybody is present to their story. We find only two per year term are needed - six to eight is the optimum group number. And we've had to develop online train materials to teach people how to implement that circle with fidelity.
