You famously sold waldolf historia to a chinese investment firm for about two billion dollars. And you've described this as one of the more challenging transactions of your reer. Was it challenging because it was like a cross border deal, or what made it so challenging? It was challenging for a couple of reasons. They were somewhat unknown, so there were some questions as to their credibility and their ability to perform. Their team almost exclusively spoke mandarin, which was probably the biggest alenge for me.
