Lena Dunham was born in 19 86, so she is what you would call a millennial. When girls was debuing, it was kind of peak like, what are the millennials up to content time? Right? Girls was this huge success. And its highly anticipated third season comes out in january 20. Fourteenth now, in september of that same year, lena releases a memoir essay collection calls not that kind girl. It's one of those hot, very big deal book publishing projects. This all happening against the backdrop of a particular climate, politically, culturally and socially in the mid 20 tins.
