The Judgment Wasn't Even the Worst Thing About It

Ishal: I went into court knowing that if i lost, i needed to find an extra half a million pounds ish. The money wasn't even the worst thing about it - my reputation was all on the line. Judge sane came up with his own meaning of 'truth' and said he could not defend what he had said as being true. Ishal says judge's judgement shows there were reasonable grounds for him to believe these things happened. He also believes journalists should be able to publish falsehoods without penalty.
