The 1031 Exchange

I felt like there was very little risk. My primary objective with the 1031 exchange was to preserve my capital and to defer my taxes. And did I take a less cast on cash return? Yeah. But as Jay said, I think I took a lot less risk to. With this set of money that I had, my goal was long term preservation of capital. So again, everybody's goals are going to be different. If you want super low risk deals, then you're going to have to accept super low returns.If you want super high risk, if you want the potential to make tremendous amounts of money, you'll have to acceptsuper high risk deals.
