So much of intervening with children is about our how rather than our what. We don't want to be wasting our energy by attempting to solve the struggles that children have. Children have their own weird, wonderful ways to move on with each other if we can allow for there to be some conflict and messy feelings in the transition. And when there's conflict, again, it's going to be safe conflict because we're there to help them not hurt each other.
