I went to a Michelin start restaurant recently. Milly's one of the OG Michelin start restaurants opened up in the late 90s. One of the best bites of food I've ever had was there when I went maybe six, seven years ago. The average age of the diner there is probably 65 years old and you're seeing that in more fine dining restaurants.
