It's very important for you to focus on what you control. Different business units are responsible for different metrics, and you don't always control those metrics. For example, if sales in marketing is working on customer acquisition costs, they will have a lot more background in it. So usually this follows like a path of asking questions like, how often is a feature that ou created being used? Are the same people using the same pathways to go t your product?
