Comedy is a powerful tool, and you can use it er to set things up. So i would never use the end word ever - but in my last hour special that i did, i had a 20 minute routine whichcu ated with me using it in a very specific context. It's not because i was trying to justify people using the endword. But if you're a comedian on stage as part of a comedy of routine, different things are possible. And by the way, this is what people never understand about comedy. You might say something that's over the line, yougo, oh, they didn't like that. Ok, i need another joke to follow this up
