The Russian Military Collapses

There's good evidence that russia has been involved in poisoning in the past. A famous oligarch, a oror, probably the most famous of them to day, i would say, rite he became an unofficial peace negotiator. He met with Russian negotiators and apparently got poisoned. All these non-lethal poisonings seem right to me? I'm not an expert but it is pretty weird.
