It is rare that we would get this far in a transfer without the trans actually completing. I think it's partly that frankie dyong treated barter as his dream move right in. He's at a place where he wants to be, and doesn't necessarily want to move on. But obviously, bars are in this situation where they have to conform to the rules of the lalige's salary cap. And i think they feel as though they got, and part have got gavy and pedri in there in their squad. So they reckon that they can move to young honit not ideal, but it's a big chunk of money which will allow them to do other things elsewhere
