How Did You Become Interested in Cat Calling?
M mimi's cat calling project was an intervention rather than a traditional art work. She programmed messages that would be sent to people when they texted her phone number. At the end of the summer, she had this kind of data set of all her cat callar, phone numbers. And it was one that they had kind of provided just by virtue of being given to me. It was something, this arti fact, that i just had not meant to create. But through this process, it sort of erased the whole story of that collection.
