Transmitsible Cancer in Dogs and Tesmanian Devils

There are some forms of transmissible cancers in certain species, particularly in dogs and tesmanian devils. It almost never happens to humans. The reason that it's quite rare in humans is because really it can only happen when individuals are a of lower genetic diversity. In the case of tasmanian devils, their population lack diversity, which makes them more susceptible to this transmissible cancer.
