Is There a Material for Democracy?

The big critique of the big society was, you know, basi ore going to give resources to those communities who are active and can take control over community assets. Those are the communities which have youlold people with spare time toenate,. people with high levels of mature resources in order to make ends meet. And if we did just extension of democracy, we'd basically get caught up in their passions, et ca, that canb producing dangerous results. The question is: how do we look at where there is democracy or democratic moments in our lives?
