Can a Brain Spontaneously Form Out of Nothing?

But yet, all goes back to the question of life. What universe do we live in? Do we understand it is the universe that we're looking at one that we expect to see and how unlikely is it? And if the universe is unlikely, does that mean that we're totally wrong about what we're actually looking at?
