The Fed's Actions Have Made the Bank Insolvent

Short sellers identified Silicon Valley Bank as an outlier in terms of the size of their securities portfolio versus the total balance sheet. They could see what was happening because of interest rates. So they just started selling the share short and they were built up. It's just like the 1930s. The only difference is a Fed has caused this problem because they are not sufficiently tuned to the financial markets.
