Is the Fed Overshooting?
We expect the Fed to raise 50 basis points this month and maybe 25 in January, depending on what happens with the November CPI. We've been calling for a buy the rumor, sell the news type of event. And even Powell said it last week, when everyone said he pivoted, he said it done too. So we think that the Fed's going to come out, they're going to raise 50 bps, but they'll stick with steam.
