Eating lots of animal fats, preferably ruminant animal fats that are not corn and soy fed chicken and pigs. The lowest amount of linoleic acid in your diet, don't take fish oil and eat and get the steric acid from tallow, from butter,. From ghee, from suet, which is the highest steric acid that I've seen. If you have a healthy liver, a good portion of it will be excreted.
