How Do You Build a 100 Million Dollar Business?

There are three people full time working on the app right now, just the co-founders. You got 70 users for free and you're doing about 100 bucks a month in revenue. What are you looking for in their usage behaviors to understand when to sell them a paid plan? Like I mentioned, if they're a smaller freelancer and they're managing one client, like, hey, take the free kit as much as you'd like. It's really kind of where we go to more the, they have two to 10 clients where we try to sell them on.
