We talked about definitions of o f value, and price to earnings is one of those things you mentioned. What would you consider to be a good historic price earning? Kirk: We are in a time period where it is extraordinarily high. Historically it has been higher, but we're in one of the highest periods ever. But i would say right now we're still expensive.
