The Problem With Presumed Consent
If we move to a system of presumed consent, would that satisfy the demand? The problem with presumed consent practically is it's still unlikely to get us enough organs. Those countries which have introduced presumed consent laws such as Spain still don't have enough. If we legalized an organ market, then organs would become like any other good and if there's a need for the good and the ability to pay, then we can keep increasing the price until the goods became available in sufficient quantities. So tell us what could be and then we'll get to what should be down the road.
