Olympic weight lifting rules say you need to have one, one immediate motion for the bar to get to a locked out position. Some judges will count that some won't; i don't like that andiand that extends to other sports. A squat or a bench doesn't count if there's any downward motion. I hate that dot. You're just making it harder. And so to be clear, i especially think that this take holds when you're dealing with things that don't really affect performance all that much.
