Is the Health Care System a System That Sucks?

For the average person, for the regular person in the us, it is a system that sucks. If you have a very complex, rare disease, et cetera, you can get care elsewhere. But i do think there are parts of it that we just haven't quite grappled with as like, what kind of health care system we really want?
