The church is to be organized only as it accommodates the moving of the spirit of god, flexible enough so that the spirit can move another direction without throwing everything into chaos. Mc carthur didn't care about the org chart, a mission statement or church growth strategies. He spent most of his time in his study, bible open, digging into god's word, preparing for sunday.
