The History of the Chushkopek
In Bulgaria there are Chushkopek of the four peppers at the same time. With this pepper we can make concerns for just with the salt and you can make in the wintertime a traditional dish. It's called Chushki, a stuffed pepper with cheese and eggs. You can make pico's with garlic, vinegar and oil. And this is something that I think it developed and developed and developed at the moment.
