Creating a Culture in a Company
Culture is a huge percentage of our life re it's going to shape us in very significant ways. We codified that six page document into our set of values at the very beginningof the company, and then have hired every single employee by grading them numerically against each of the vallees. And i think tat may be like 70 % or so of the culture you have is is the people, 30 perce is the environment, and am the behaviour that's were all modelled. I tend to often be the one who who would be sort of pushing the team to think bigger and and more ambitious in the plants. But then also kind of put him to be clearer and more structured
