The Deceiver God Guarantees External Reality, Right?

I always took part of that deceiver God is to open the possibility for things that weren't so coherent with each other, right? I mean, so miracles would be a case or other kinds of actual randomness. You just made me think that there is this aspect that what is the sign of among the things that are signs of external world, mind independent reality has to do with this coherence. That's really part of what Moore's doing is saying that we can cut out the middle man.
