One of the things that i talked about with a andrew huberman nervo scientist was the way in which you can use eye movement to kind of essentially like reset your state. One corps aspect of that is helping people anchor on physical experience. Paying attention to breathing often helps regulate our physiology where it calms down. So if those worried thoughts come back in, they actually need a level of arousal that meets them. We're used to being worried and feeling worried, you know, thinking worried, feeling worried. Well, if we're not feeling worried, that body is going to say, h that's just a thought. And we can identify and let go of thoughts more easily
